Role Description

The position is ideally suited to someone who has shown the ability to enhance a product and bring the company along on the journey. myprosperity has a flat company structure and you will need to be data driven in order to show the benefit of product changes to the customers and how that meets our strategic direction. The Product Manager role is a key position in our business and we are looking for someone that has an excellent team focus, can generate insights into the product, implement that vision, and can foster collaboration and communicate with the whole business on the value of the product changes.

You will be working across the Development team and UX, and working closely with our customer interfacing teams, Customer Support, Sales and Partner Enablement.

Overview of Key Responsibilities

  • Priorities enhancements and new product features
  • Present the voice of the customer (Partners, Clients)
  • Measure the success and use of the product
  • Create Product Strategies or Growth Strategies
  • Be data driven
  • Get strong buy-in to product changes (see: Key Relationships)
  • Build and improve Customer KPIs (Partners, Clients)

Key Performance indicators

  • Greater than 20% takeup of new features
  • 60% coverage of product metrics
  • Able to provide customer insights
  • New product features meets 60% of goals and metrics
  • Improve customer KPIs by agreed percentages

Risk Evaluation

  • Financial risk — Can we afford this solution?
  • Business development risk — Does this solution work for our partners?
  • Marketing risk — Is this solution consistent with our brand?
  • Sales risk — Is this solution something our sales staff is equipped to sell?
  • Legal risk — Is this something we can do from a legal or compliance perspective?
  • Capacity risk — Do we have the staff and time to support this feature?
  • Ethical risk 

You will need

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Strong spoken english and written skills
  • Experience in measuring qualitative customer feedback
  • Experience in tools and techniques to quantify customer behavior
